Dr. Jagdish N. Sharma is currently a Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics of which he is the Founding Chairman, Faculty of Pharmacy, Kuwait University, Kuwait. He has also served as a Professor of Pharmacology at the Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia, prior to joining Kuwait University in 1999. Prof. Sharma received his B.V.Sc. & A.H. (D.V.M.) in 1970 from Jawaharlal Nehru Agricultural University, Jabalpur, India; his M.Sc. in Medical Pharmacology in 1973 from the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India; and his Ph.D. in Pharmacology in1976 from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, UK. The Calamus International University, London, U. K., in 2011, awarded D.Sc. degree in Health Sciences to Professor Sharma in recognition of his outstanding highly accomplished professional achievements in research and academic contributions. In 1995, he was elected to an F.C.P. (Fellow) from the American College of Clinical Pharmacology, New York, USA and an F.I.Biol. (Fellow) in 1997 from the Royal Institute of Biology, London, UK. This is a highly prestigious award considered to be at the level of British DSc. Prof. Sharma is an author of a book entitled “Topics in Mediators Pharmacology”, which has been published by the Nova Science Publishers Inc., N.Y., USA. Prof. Sharma is the Editor of a book Progress in Drug Research” series entitled “Recent Developments in the Regulation of Kinins” 2014 which is published by Springer Basel AG, Switzerland. He has been to numerous International conferences as invited speaker. Prof. Sharma has been holding several research grants for the support of his clinical and basic research activities and supervised PhD and MSc theses. He has been PhD external examiner and evaluator for promotions to the ranks of Associate Professor and Professor externally. In Malaysia, his research investigations were funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Malaysia. Currently his clinical priority research grant is funded by the Kuwait University research sector. He is the editorial board member of Pharmacy Times (USA) of Middle East from 2007 to date, Inflammopharmacology (UK) from 1997 to date, International Journal of Immunopathology and Pharmacology (Italy) from 2006 to date, European Journal of Inflammation (Italy) from 2006 to date, Archives of Medical Research (Mexico City) from 2006 to date, Clinical Medicine: Endocrinology and Diabetes (New Zealand) from 2008 to date, Clinical Medicine: Therapeutics (New Zealand) from 2009 to date, American Journal of Biomedical Sciences (USA) from 2009 to date and Journal of Pharmaceutical Technology and Drug Research (UK) from 2011 to date. He has 111 publications in reputed international biomedical journals, and 65 abstracts of national and international conferences. His work is supported by the Kuwait University Grant RP01/09.

Dr. D.Nagasamy Venkatesh is Assistant Professor at Department of Pharmaceutics, JSS College of Pharmacy, Udhagamandalam. India. Dr. D.Nagasamy Venkatesh is interested in developing certain nanobased drug delivery systems for antiviral and anticancer drugs. His research is also involved in developing sustained/controlled drug delivery systems for certain drugs and analytical and bio-analytical method development for drugs. He serves as a reviewer of more than 25 peer reviewed journals including AAPS, Carbohydrate polymer, Indian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He serves editorial board member for more than 20 international journals. Dr. D.Nagasamy Venkatesh has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications. He has received two awards for his presentations/publications in a national level seminar.

Nano based drug delivery systems for antiviral and anticancer drugs, developing sustained/controlled drug delivery systems for certain drugs, dissolution enhancement of certain drugs by solid dispersion techniques analytical and bio-analytical method development for drugs.

Prof. Dr. Mirza R. Baig is currently working as a Head of Clinical Pharmacy department in Dubai Pharmacy College. He did his PhD in Clinical Pharmacy from University Science Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. He worked in Malaysia, India and have international teaching and research experience of about 17 years. He also worked as an Acting Dean in AIMST University, Malaysia. He published 4 books related to Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care. He published more than 46 Research papers and articles in International Journals. He is in the editorial board in various international journals, including reviewer for couple of Elsevier journals. He supervised numerous master and PhD students for their research projects. He also reviewed several Master and PhD thesis for Indian and foreign universities as an external examiner. He has been invited for guest lectures, invited speaker, chairperson and moderator for many national and International conferences in India, Malaysia, Singapore and UAE. He received many awards in his career, few of it as an outstanding scientist by a research foundation in India 2016, Best Quality Research in 2016 in DUPHAT Dubai, Best oral presentation in Dubai 2015 & 2014, Young scientist award in Malaysia in 2013, Best presentation award in IPC 2003, in India.

Ahmad Badr is a senior pharmacy student at Beirut Arab University. His expected year of graduation is 2019. He is currently a board member in the Quality Assurance Unit and the president of the Students Advising Academic Team. Ahmad is the initiator of the Lebanese Pharmacy Students' Association in his faculty and signified its impact ! He is an ex-board member in LPSA and used to be the secretary and the head of public health events in Lebanon . He is the organizer of the LPSA’s first webinar , and currently the chairperson of the 3rd Lebanese Pharmaceutical Symposium. Ahmad is an official delegate in the International Pharmacy Students Federation’s world congress and is the upcoming president of LPSA!

Dimitrios Lamprou (BEng, PgCert, PgDip, MSc, Ph.D., MBA) is Professor in Pharmaceutical Engineering and MSc Director at the School of Pharmacy in Queen's University Belfast (UK; a member of the Prestigious Russell Group) and Visiting Professor at University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, UK) with experience of teaching in Higher Education, conducting research (60+ publications, 200+ conference abstracts, 55+ Invited Presentations) and securing national and international funding (£2M+). His Group Research Interests focused on five distinct areas: Biosurface Engineering, Electrospinning, Microfluidics, Nanoanalysis, and Printing of Medicines.

Shri Sham Lal Nasa, born on 10th December, 1935. He got his Diploma in Pharmacy from Punjab University, Amritsar in the year 1956. He earned his B.Pharm and M.Pharm from College of Pharmacy, (DIPSAR) University of Delhi. He got commissioned in the Army in N.C.C in 1966 from NCC officers Training School, Kamtee, Nagpur. He started his career as a Hospital Pharmacist in Kalawati Saran Children Hospital (Lady Harding Hospital) and Safdarjang Hospital from 1956 to 1964. Shri Nasa has been actively engaged in development and Regulation of Pharmacy Education in India, has 31 years teaching Experience in various levels at College of Pharmacy, Delhi (Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research) from 1964 to 1995 teaching Diploma Pharmacy & Bachelor Pharmacy & Post Graduate Pharmacy Students in Pharmaceutics & Hospital Pharmacy. He guided number of students in M.Pharma in Hospital Pharmacy. He is external examiner in various universities and Technical Education Boards. He has presented & published number of scientific papers in the National & International Conferences. He is One of the founder members of the IHPA (1963) & IPGA (1973) He was the Executive Secretary of All Indian Small Scale Manufacturers Association and editor of their Official Journal “AISSPMA” & Executive Director of Bulk Drug Manufacturers Association of Delhi Division. He was advisor in Paam Group of Companies from 1996 to 2004. His Professional excellence has been recognized by the award of Best Pharmacist by Railway Pharmacists Association in the year 1990. M.L.Schroff Memorial National Award by IHPA (1993) for his contribution to Institutional Pharmacy and Best Teacher Award in Pharmacy by the Govt. of Delhi in the year 1994 for his meritorious services in the profession of Pharmacy, Best Pharmacist Award by C.G.H.S. Pharmacists Association in the year 1998. He has also been awarded by Fellowship Award by Institute of Chemists in the year 1988 & Fellowship Award by Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) in the year 2003. He has been conferred with Life Time Achievement Award in the year 2009 by the Indian Hospital Pharmacists Association, U.P. State Branch. He has been awarded the best alumni award by the College of Pharmacy (DIPSAR), Delhi.
