Drugs with extremely low solubility have a variety of biopharmaceutical delivery problems, such as restricted bio accessibility following oral intake, reduced ability to diffuse into the outer membrane, need for greater intravenous dosage, and unfavourable side effects prior to conventionally formulated vaccination process. However, by utilising nanotechnology methods in the drug delivery mechanisms, all of these restrictions could be bypassed.
